How to Claim
Making a claim is straightforward — not stressful.
Stop driving at the first sign of a fault. Bring your vehicle and service booklet to any of our panel workshops, and our team will handle the diagnosis and claim process with our claims department. You only pay if the damage falls outside your plan.

Stop driving immediately
At the first sign of a fault, stop. Continuing to drive may result in your claim being rejected due to owner negligence.

Bring your service booklet
Submit this WS service booklet to the panel garage as proof of servicing. Without it, claims will be rejected.

Authorise diagnosis
Give authorisation to the panel garage to diagnose or dismantle relevant parts, alongside WS claims department approval.

We handle the rest
If the fault is covered, the insurer bears the dismantling and repair costs. You pay nothing beyond what’s outside your plan.

Cancellation
Non-refundable once activated
Once the program is activated, it is non-refundable and non-transferable to another vehicle. Transfer to a new owner with the same vehicle is allowed subject to management approval.
Activation
Active upon full payment
Warranty activates only when full payment has been received. Any default in premium payment gives Lunar Saga the right to void the warranty or reject claims.
Program Period
Coverage tied to mileage or date
All coverage ceases once the vehicle reaches the expiry date or the expiry mileage stated on the registration page — whichever comes first.
Lost Booklet
Keep your booklet safe
If lost, report immediately to the administrator. A replacement booklet costs RM100. The booklet is compulsory for any claim.
Transfer
Transferable when you sell
If you sell the vehicle, you may transfer the policy to the new owner as long as the premium is paid in full and approved by Warranty Smart.
Jurisdiction
Governed by Malaysian law
This program is governed by Malaysian law. Customers in Singapore or Thailand may commence legal proceedings in their local courts.
